FamilyFutures Community Report Fall 2022

Posted by
November 29, 2022

Welcome to the first Community Report from FamilyFutures. From the cover through the last page, we share with you two themes.

First, we’ve grown from an idea in 2019 to having opened personal savings accounts for half of Rappahannock Elementary grades. We add a new kindergarten class each year, along with any new students joining previously enrolled classes.

Second, community is the foundation and the end goal of our work. Without support from so many individuals and businesses, and collaboration with our nonprofit colleagues, this growth would be difficult indeed. At the same time, growing financial knowledge and personal skills of our students and families also means increasing the wellbeing of the larger community over time.

We hope you enjoy what you read here. Please let us know if you would like more details or would like to be involved in our work as we continue our journey to a bright future for Rappahannock students and families.
