Tiffany Matthews is a proud alumna of Laurel Ridge Community College and Old Dominion University. She earned her bachelor of science in Human Services and master’s degree in Public Administration. She can be found volunteering in Rappahannock and Warren Counties: cleaning the free shed at Flatwood Refuse and Recycling, greeting visitors during Rappahannock’s Annual Farm Tour, assisting at the Food Pantry, and helping plan the Women’s Wellness Forum with Front Royal Women’s Resource Center. She serves as the parent representative on Rappahannock County’s Community Management and Policy Team, which coordinates agencies, activities, available funds, and local policies related to implementing the Children’s Services Act. She is also a board member for the Rappahannock County Soccer Association. Tiffany is mom to two girls enrolled in Rappahannock County Public Schools. In her spare time, she enjoys reading memoirs, visiting Harpers Ferry, cooking, and laughing with friends.
